By submitting your film for consideration to the ORION International Film Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Clearance for Exhibition: You confirm that your work is fully cleared for exhibition at the festival and accept full legal responsibility for the intellectual property contained within.
Exhibition Permission: Submission to the Festival constitutes permission for the ORION International Film Festival to publicly exhibit and screen your work during the event.
Promotional Use: The ORION International Film Festival is granted the right to use short excerpts, stills, or trailers from any submitted and accepted film for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and press releases.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the ORION International Film Festival, its directors, staff, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from issues related to copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, or damage to submitted screening materials.
Right to Withdraw: The ORION International Film Festival reserves the right to withdraw your film from the program at any time and for any reason without liability.
Screening Fees: The ORION International Film Festival does not pay screening fees for selected films.
Refund Policy: Submission fees are non-refundable, regardless of selection status. The Festival reserves the right to disqualify any submission without a refund of fees if the entrant violates the terms and conditions.
Agreement: By submitting your film, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
